Delivery and Shipping

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped out within 7 business days. Our handling time usually takes about 2-5 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Most items arrive in 3-10 weeks (starting from shipped out date), but some may take longer depending on time of year, products ordered and so on. Any questions just contact us.

We are doing everything possible to keep delivering during the Coronavirus pandemic. However, the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as our business adopts additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. 

Due to the Coronavirus, it is tough to predict the exact delivery time as many cargo flights are delayed due to government restrictions. For now, all deliveries arrive with a delay. This delay is mostly related to the transit required to the country of delivery. In regular times it was about 1-4 weeks, and now it is extended to 2-5 weeks. 

Delivery for flatware is indicated on the individual product page (5-12 days).

These delays are now typical of all international shipments due to the COVID19 global pandemic.

First, check the current tracking status of your shipment from our e-mail that we sent you. If the package is still in transit, contact the shipping company with the tracking number we sent you.
Most packages are delivered by your local postal worker (USPS). We have found that, more often then not, the packages is either in the building or with a neighbor. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, just contact us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of you.
The customer is obliged to provide a valid delivery address where the package will be delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the package at the post office if necessary.

You can edit your delivery address at any time before shipping. Please contact us ASAP so we can fix this issue before your order ships. Just send us your order number and new shipping address to [email protected]

Delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.

However, once a shipment is released, the delivery address can not be modified.

Rosseta Home order and shipment confirmation emails are automatically sent once the order has been completed or the package has been shipped.  The shipping confirmation email we send you with tracking info.

These confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. 

Once your order has shipped, you can track your order through our unique tracking system “Easy Track My Order”.

Tracking information normally takes 24-48 hours to update in carrier systems.  Feel free to reach out to a customer service agent with any difficulty in tracking your order.

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method

Rosseta Home does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days. 

Please contact us via email [email protected] to initiate a return. We will send you the exact return address to our international warehouse (or the warehouse of the supplier, manufacturer) 🙂

IMPORTANT NOTE: *Please keep record of the tracking number associated with your package.* This is how we reference your Return/Exchange.

All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Tracking number must be included.

Please ensure that items are packaged securely. We strongly recommend that you use signed for, insured delivery and keep the receipt.

Delivery is always free on orders of $50 or more with the exception of orders containing furniture and some large or fragile items. These are classed as ‘non-standard’ items and are priced individually at $8.95. Where applicable, the delivery price is shown on the product page, in the basket or during checkout.

Our suppliers and manufacturers are located in the Asia and United States. We ship directly from them to save our customers an additional shipping cost.

Some products are not shipped internationally in certain countries. We will get in touch if your order cannot be shipped and refund in full. 

Your purchases may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order, based on the shipping rate chart for small package shipping. We try our best to only send you one package. An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or change your order once it has been placed as it is our goal to pick-and-pack orders ASAP to ensure they ship out as quickly as possible.
