We operate on Pacific Standard Time. Customer Support hours are 7 AM to 4 PM PST, Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on responding to your emails as soon as possible, which usually means just a few hours if you contacted us during business hours. During the holidays, things tend to get a little busier, so it might take us a little longer to get back to you.
